We keep inquiry information as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and client information as required by our professional and legal obligations for law firms.

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to personal information is limited to team members who need it. No website or system can guarantee perfect security, but we take protecting your information seriously, especially given the sensitive nature of injury cases.
